About callSoulo

We built this because we lived it.

callSoulo started with a phone call that nobody could answer — and the guilt that followed it home.

In 2023, our founder's mother was diagnosed with mid-stage Alzheimer's. Within months, the calls started — gentle at first, then hourly. “Where are you?” “When are you coming home?” “I haven't heard from you in days.” She had heard from him two hours earlier.

He answered every call he could. He missed meetings. He stepped out of dinners. He lay awake at 2am, phone in hand, wondering when it would stop. It didn't stop. And he started to realise it never would — and that the calls weren't the problem. The guilt was.

What his mother needed wasn't information. She needed to hear his voice. Just his voice. Calm, familiar, warm. A voice that said: everything is fine. I'm here.

“We didn't set out to build a product. We set out to solve a problem that was quietly breaking our family apart.”

callSoulo is the tool he wished existed. An AI companion that answers in your own cloned voice — trained on the warmth, the rhythm, the specific cadence that only you have. Not a robot. Not a helpline. You.

Today, callSoulo is used by thousands of family caregivers across the country. The calls still come. But now, someone always answers.

What we believe

Built on values that matter
in the hardest moments.

01
Warmth over technology

We're a technology company, but we're not tech-first. Every decision we make starts with how it feels to the person on the other end of the line.

02
Radical honesty

We are transparent about what Soulo is, what it can do, and where its limits are. Caregivers deserve the truth — not a sales pitch.

03
Dignity, always

Dementia patients are not a market segment. They are someone's mother, father, husband, wife. We design every interaction with that in mind.

04
Caregiver-first

The people we serve are already doing the hardest job imaginable. We don't add complexity — we remove it. Setup in 10 minutes. No tech experience needed.

05
Privacy by default

Call content belongs to families, not to us. We are HIPAA-aligned, and we will never sell, share, or train models on the conversations Soulo has.

06
Built to work at 3am

Dementia doesn't keep office hours. Neither does our infrastructure. Soulo is available every hour of every day, with no degraded service overnight.

A caregiver at rest

We are a small, focused team — researchers, engineers, and caregivers who have experienced this firsthand. We work with dementia care specialists, memory care nurses, and family advisors to make sure Soulo speaks the way the best caregivers do: with patience, gentleness, and an understanding of how the dementia-affected brain processes the world.

We are not trying to replace human connection. We are trying to protect it — by giving caregivers the relief they need to keep showing up.

If you're a healthcare professional, memory care facility, or home care provider interested in what callSoulo can do for the families you serve, we'd love to hear from you at enterprise@callsoulo.com.
