Why the name?
callSoulo is named after Solo — my dog, who passed away suddenly. I wanted something to remember her by, and honestly, I wanted an excuse to keep saying her name every day. So the product carries it forward, a small way of commemorating her every time someone uses it.

We're a technology company, but we're not tech-first. Every decision we make starts with how it feels to the person on the other end of the line.
We are transparent about what Soulo is, what it can do, and where its limits are. Caregivers deserve the truth — not a sales pitch.
Dementia patients are not a market segment. They are someone's mother, father, husband, wife. We design every interaction with that in mind.
The people we serve are already doing the hardest job imaginable. We don't add complexity — we remove it. Setup in 10 minutes. No tech experience needed.
Call content belongs to families, not to us. We will never sell, share, or train models on the conversations Soulo has.
Dementia doesn't keep office hours. Neither does our infrastructure. Soulo is available every hour of every day, with no degraded service overnight.
